UK VISA TYPES
- Tier 1 General Visa. This visa is for applicants from either inside or outside the UK who are highly qualified and sought-after in their fields. It is an independent visa and so does not need a sponsor and allows free movement in the workplace.
- Tier 1 Investor Visa. An Investor Visa is for people wishing to invest a significant amount in the UK.
- Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. Entrepreneur visas promote the drive and initiative of those setting up or taking over businesses in the UK.
- Tier 1 Post-Study Visa. If you have finished your studies and want to join the UK’s workforce, a Post-Study Visa could be the visa for you
- Tier 2 Visas. Tier 2 Visas have replaced work permits. You will need to be sponsored/employed by a company or individual who is registered with the Home Office to qualify.
- Ancestry Visa. As the name suggests, an Ancestry Visa applies to people of certain countries with grandparents who are/were UK citizens.
- Spouse Visa. A Spouse Visa applies to partners of UK citizens who wish to join or stay with their partner in the UK. Spouses must provide evidence of their relationship.
- EEA European Applicants. EMS can help you if you are a European citizen looking to stay in the UK.
- EEA2 Partners of European Applicants. Partners of European citizens can come to the UK in accordance with European law but must gain permission to do so.
